DOC_NAME Field

Tables: Application Group Tables

Type: Internal

Purpose: Stores the internal object names.

Related Fields: ARSAG.LOAD_ID, ARSAG.LOAD_ID_SUFFIX

Format: Integer LoadID, Alpha LoadID Suffix, Alpha ObjectID

Example: 123FAAAB

Usage

When files are loaded into Content Manager OnDemand, a 'Load ID' is assigned by combining the LOAD_ID and LOAD_ID_SUFFIX fields from the ARSAG table. Inside the data tables for Application Groups, this LoadID is used as the prefix, adding two more alpha characters, providing for a total combination of 702 Object ID's per load (A-Z = 26 + AA-ZZ = 676). It's possible to load files into OnDemand that exceed this limit, in which case you need to increase the size of individual objects by tuning the Application Group Object Size parameter.
