	When files are loaded into Content Manager OnDemand, a 'Load ID' is assigned by combining the LOAD_ID and LOAD_ID_SUFFIX fields from the ARSAG table. Inside the data tables for Application Groups, this LoadID is used as the prefix, adding two more alpha characters, providing for a total combination of 676 Object ID's per load.
