DOC_NAME Field

Tables: Application Group Tables

Type: Internal

Purpose: Stores the internal object names.

Related Fields: ARSAG.LOAD_ID, ARSAG.LOAD_ID_SUFFIX

Format: Integer LoadID, Alpha LoadID Suffix, Alpha ObjectID

Example: 123FAAAB

Usage

When files are loaded into Content Manager OnDemand, a 'Load ID' is assigned by combining the LOAD_ID and LOAD_ID_SUFFIX fields from the ARSAG table. Inside the data tables for Application Groups, this LoadID is used as the prefix, adding two more alpha characters, providing for a total combination of 676 Object ID's per load. It's possible to load files into OnDemand that exceed this limit, in which case you need to increase the size of individual objects by tuning the Application Group Object Size parameter.
