ARS0013E DB Error: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0180N The syntax of the string representation of a datetime value is incorrect.
What were you doing?
Performing a query with an outdated IBM CMOD Client on a recently upgraded server. The Application Group on the new server is using the new database date format, and the old client doesn't know how to properly format a query for the more modern CMOD server version.
The old client software wasn't aware of how to query a new data type, like the new date format introduced on Content Manager OnDemand v9.0.
Check the OnDemand System Log for the login associated with the error message. It will contain the version number of the client used to log in at the very end of the message.
Login: client.example.com 10.11.12.13 non-SSL (Windows) (CLIENT GUI) (184.108.40.206)
You can use this method to find users (by IP address or login name) to correct the issue by installing the latest fixpack for the IBM CMOD Client. Links to the latest versions of Content Manager OnDemand Clients can be found in the IBM CMOD Fixpacks section.
